Before there was tribal..........

I realize the majority of dancers on Tribe net are probably under 30, or even under 25, but that's all the more reason for a place for dancers to gather who have committed two decades or more of their lives to studying this artform and all the changes it's gone through.
I realize that some dancers may not want to admit they are over 40, but no one is going to make you admit it. I'm sure dancers of all ages will end up here anyway. So let's get this hafla started.

About admitting being 40+.. I brag that I am a gran'ma at the ripe age of 45! Shocks the heck out of people even when I am not all 'spackled' for performances. :) I am far from my 'use by date' and plan to remain that way for another 30 yrs (one of my senior citizen students has inspired me! She is 73!)

Okay, I admit that I am not quite 40...2 more years to go...and I haven't been dancing for 20 years...going on 7...but I plan to dance for as long as I exist...so does that count :)

Love this idea. I love that the "older" I get the more comfortable with myself I become, the more I love myself, the wiser I feel, and the younger I feel!!! Dancing makes this all the more intense!
